Return & Exchange Window

Returns: You can request a return within 4 days from the date of delivery.

Exchanges: If you need a different size or product, exchange requests must also be made within 4 days of receiving your order.
The Process

Item Pickup: Once your request is accepted, we will arrange a pickup for the item.

Quality Check (QC): After the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a mandatory Quality Check. The item must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.

Approval:

For Returns: Once the item passes the quality check, we will initiate your refund.

For Exchanges: Once the item passes the quality check, your new exchange item will be dispatched.
- Important: During reverse pickup, it is mandatory to record a video from handing over the parcel to the pickup executive until the parcel is fully packed/sealed. If the warehouse receives a wrong, empty, or different product and the required video is not available, the refund request may be rejected.

After the quality check is successful and the refund is initiated, the amount will be credited back to your account within 3 working days.
